Field Roast presented a vegan dinner with RCV and Puget Sound Selection Institute of Food Technologists. Numerous guests like Starbucks came to explore vegan charcuterie with Chef Tommy McDonald. Dinner was arranged very romantic with dim light by the river Duwamish.
